說到空氣汙染，相信在亞洲的我們會比歐洲人更有感，尤其是每天騎車在台灣街頭的廣大二輪通勤族。但市面上能找到的口罩，似乎都不太適合與安全帽一起配戴，不是滑落，就是容易讓鏡片起霧，如果是戴半罩帽，口罩也不防水，最重要的是設計不夠舒適有型。
在一次亞洲之旅後，兩位法國人Flavien 和Matthiu首次親身感受空污問題的切身性，找了幾個好朋友組成一個團隊，準備生產有型又高品質的二輪騎士專用口罩R-PUR，放上公開募資平台KICKSTARTER 募資，目前已經達到目標金額，準備開始生產。
為了不會妨礙佩戴安全帽或起霧，團隊在設計時特別針對這兩點做設計。R-PUR 的嘴部為一個橡膠片單向閥，使用者吐出的氣體會以最短路徑排出，兩條固定在後方的子母扣固定帶可以在戴帽子時不會脫落，牢牢固定在臉上。當然，就算你不騎車也可以配戴此口罩。
口罩夾層內有五種過濾材質，R-PUR 宣稱其中兩層為特殊的奈米濾網，可以阻擋空氣中只有0.001 微米大小的汙染物，這個等級已遠超過台灣會出現的PM2.5空污。活性炭濾層是為了消除異味，與口鼻接觸的編織物則能完整包覆，預防外漏。
最外層為防水布料，方便任何人在雨中使用，同時有許多不同設計的花紋和顏色，男女都能找到喜歡的樣式。為確保口罩全數留在法國生產最高品質，R-PUR全數在法國生產。團隊特別開發了一個手機應用程式，能計算你的使用時效，在需要更換濾網時提醒你。
